More from less:: The primary idea behind our design concept was to illustrate all the partials and colors that make up the pure light spectrum. When applied to the other collateral, elements from the logo break through graphic barriers - much like the technology PureSpectrum has developed. Clean graphics, crisp sans serif fonts and strategically placed spots of color support the continuation of the flowing graphics. Bright white substrates and clean designs conveyed the idea of purity through the printed marketing materials and website.
The logo redesign conveys the idea of pure light by utilizing an outline for Pure to represent a lit bulb. The added swooshes and boxes flow through the logotype creating energy and movement. The letterforms were slightly modified to flow with the graphic elements as the light flowing through the spectrum.
